R. Linda:
The bad news is:
No Russian Vodka in New Hampshire. It's banned and off the shelves.
The good news is:
You can buy Ukrainian Vodka. It's on the shelves and in good supply.
Who knows can most people tell the difference in New Hampshire? Personally, I know a few that make their own here in the deep forests. You know those swamp yankees, if they can save a buck they will.
Our esteemed Governor Sununu, last night banned the sale of Russian spirits at our state-run liquor stores and grocery markets. It may have a low impact but I am all for the Russian economy collapsing and the name PooTon disappearing from the world theatre.
For the record, I think what's going on in Ukraine be a travesty and uncalled-for assault toward innocent people, if you haven't got that impression already. One Thomas Sowell said: "It takes considerable knowledge just to realize the extent of your own ignorance." A considerable extent in Putin's case, but you can't make sane out of crazy either.
JUST SAYIN'

Bravo! For you putting your opinion out there and for your governor for doing what he can to contribute to stopping the new Nazi-ism in Europe. Thank you from the UK.
aren't your swamp yankees descended from the Scots? lol they should be drinking whiskey anyway good Irish whiskey, lol. potatoes are for eating not drinking my old man says.
Good, every little bit helps. I am not a vodka drinker anyhow, but I may buy a bottle of Urkraine's finest to be supportive.
Well done. I agree with you, all of it beyond comprehension. Terrible.
