SO I hired meself a handyman, a yard person. Yes, I did. I got tired of clipping hedges. HE arrives at me door at 9 a.m. Saturday morning and I showed him the bushes to be trimmed, and I took him to the shed and showed him the electric hedge trimmer and the old fashioned hand one, if needed. His choice I say, and leave him to go paint the lawn furniture I was supposed to paint in the spring, but didn't.
I be in the back not paying any attention, but slowly me mind is getting used to the hum from out front. UNTIL I realise that is not the sound of electric hedge trimmers, but something I vaguely recognise. I went out front rather apprehensively and what do I find, the bugger is using a chain saw to trim me bushes!
